8:10pm-Meeting called to Order by Trish, in absence of President, Vice-President.
Secretary’s Report
January minutes were reviewed. Ellen corrected that $105 was brought in from the Big Buck contest. Helen moved to pass meeting minutes with correction, Don seconded, motion carried. Ellen stated that no one has requested money from her for the winner of the Big Buck contest. Agreed to send Maria, the contest winner, a check instead of get a gift card. Trish will send Ellen Maria’s address. Noted that membership fee for Bobby Sharp has not yet been delivered as was indicated in minutes.
Treasurer’s Report:
Ellen provided a Profit/Loss sheet for Jan-Dec 2015, showing a net income of $2,367.63. Balance Sheet, as of 12/31/15, reflected balanced Asset/Liabilities of $3,099.21.
Membership:
Don and Trish met to discuss membership drive. Don drafted a renewal letter, and will draft a letter for currently non-members. Final touches and corrections were made to the membership renewal letter. Trish will email Sarah to inquire about address label files (30 business names), used in last year’s membership mailing. Helen and Bill offered to help print mailing labels. Don will send a draft of a membership letter for potential new members in email for review and feedback within the new week or two.
Letterhead/Logo:
Helen reported they received the illustrator file of the CofC logo from Rebecca soon after the last meeting.
New OFD:
Vendor letter was reviewed and final edits made. A mailing list is being compiled. Helen and Bill again offered assistance with mailing labels. Will keep May 15th return date.
