First Friday Meet & Eat Membership Breakfast

The Delaware County Chamber First Friday Eat & Meet Breakfast is a terrific opportunity to network before your workday begins. Make new business connections, brush-up your existing contacts, meet new and old friends, and keep current on what’s happening in our region.

The featured speaker for this event is Todd Heyn, Field Agent for New York State Farm Bureau. Farm Bureau gives farmers and non-farmers the opportunity to be part of an organization dedicated to supporting and enriching agriculture. It provides an opportunity for individuals interested in the food system, land issues and rural living to join together and make their voices heard. We are active within the political system on a broad range of issues that concern every New Yorker, from taxation, conservation to local food availability. The Farm Bureau believes that a strong, viable agricultural industry is beneficial to the economy, local communities and consumers.

The program is sponsored by Delaware County Broadband Initiative, a collaborative effort between MTC (Margaretville Telephone Company), DTC (Delhi Telephone Company) and DCEC (Delaware County Electric Cooperative), to bring high speed internet to unserved and under-served areas of Delaware County.
